On Friday, January 12th and Saturday, January 13th, the National Criminal Defense College (NCDC) hosted a seminar titled “Cross-Examination: Taking You to the Next Level!” The seminar was geared towards criminal defense attorneys with an advanced understanding of the law and cross-examination procedures but wanted to become even more proficient with their abilities. Hosted in Atlanta Georgia, the course was attended by groundbreaking and veteran criminal defense lawyers from around the country, including Attorney Justin Rosas of The Law Office of Justin Rosas in Medford, Oregon.
The event proved to be a fantastic opportunity for Attorney Rosas to hone his skills even further. With a long history of successful case results, he has built a strong reputation and reliable criminal defense law firm. This recent NCDC seminar should allow him to continue upon this tradition. In 2012, he also attended the NCDC Trial Skills College and is now the only attorney in southern Oregon to have completed both of these prestigious Continued Legal Education (CLE) courses.
About the NCDC
The National Criminal Defense College was first founded in 1985 as a professional homage to the National College for Criminal Defense. Both organizations were constructed around the belief that people should be able to find reliable criminal defense attorneys easily and without delay. After all, there is no time to lose when someone has been accused or charged with a crime. Through educational efforts to advance the skills of defense lawyers all around the country, the NCDC helps ensure that more and more criminal defense attorneys will be ready for whatever the prosecution uses in their case. Seeing an NCDC badge on an attorney’s profile or website is also a great way to readily identify a proficient lawyer who takes their practice and responsibility to their clients to heart.
